Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Duties and Responsibilities:-

 Cost Estimation (Pre-Post) :-
 Preparing Technical Specification as per customer requirement.
 Preparing Cost Estimation for individual orders and techno commercial proposals for various equipments. I.e. Pressure vessel, Agitators, Heat Exchanger, Vacuum Dryer, Industrial Blender, Mixers, Storage Tank, Columns , Filter etc.
 Gathering and interpreting data and specification, in order to ensure that the customer’s needs and expectations are addressed by the proposal.
 Discussing the primary scope of design with customers.
 Identifying cost competitive from vendor sources and planning & procurement of items for production.
 Review of vendor Design calculation, drawings and communication with client for comments.
 Prepare technical and commercial bid for submission as per tender instructions.
 Preparation of price breakup (Estimation).
 Review the design details and parameters.
 Co-ordinate with design team for Customized equipment.
 Review the scope as per received enquiry.
