Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and monitor boiler equipment in compliance with safety standards.

• Perform regular checks on boilers, water levels, fuel levels, and temperatures.

• Ensure proper functioning of valves, pumps, controls, and safety devices.

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance of boiler systems.

• Record operational data, maintenance activities, and any irregularities.

• Respond promptly to equipment alarms and troubleshoot as needed.

• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for repairs and inspections.

• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in the boiler room.
