Factory Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage factory operations to meet production deadlines

• Improve production workflows, reduce downtime, and maintain productivity standards

• Monitor machine performance and ensure timely maintenance and repairs

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and regulatory compliance

• Coordinate with purchase, quality, and logistics departments

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

• Maintain accurate production records, material consumption, and reporting

• Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource utilization

• Monitor inventory control and stock management

• Maintain discipline and a positive working environment on the shop floor

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related technical field preferred)

• 5–10 years of factory operations or production management experience

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing machinery, tools, and maintenance planning

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced work environments

• Knowledge of ISO standards, quality controls & safety norms

• It is a Part Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
