Dispatch Executive

Job Summary:

The Dispatch Executive (Neemrana location) for is responsible for efficiently coordinating and managing dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery and smooth workflow. This role involves communicating with drivers, clients, and internal teams to plan schedules, track shipments, and resolve operational challenges quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch shipments, vehicles, or manpower as per operational requirements.

• Maintain dispatch records, delivery schedules, and route plans accurately.

• Coordinate with drivers, field staff, and clients to ensure on-time delivery or reporting.

• Track and monitor movement of dispatched goods or staff and update relevant stakeholders.

• Handle client queries and provide dispatch-related updates.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, client SLAs, and safety standards.

• Maintain communication between warehouse, operations, and delivery teams.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.

• Manage documentation such as delivery challans, invoices, or job allocation sheets.

• Identify delays or issues and provide immediate solutions to maintain service efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good knowledge of dispatch/logistics procedures

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and dispatch management software

• Time management and problem-solving abilities

• Basic understanding of route planning and tracking tools (e.g., GPS systems)

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration)

• 2–5 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, or Operations coordination
