Overview The Deputy Manager – The Industrial Engineer will drive productivity improvement, capacity planning, manufacturing optimization, and operational excellence across aerospace manufacturing. The role focuses on improving manufacturing efficiency through process optimization, line balancing, work measurement, and Lean Manufacturing while ensuring quality, safety, and delivery targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities Improve productivity through time studies, work measurement, and process optimization. Perform capacity planning for manpower, equipment, and production lines. Drive line balancing, workflow improvements, and manufacturing efficiency. Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, VSM, OEE). Analyze production data and identify opportunities for cost reduction and waste elimination. Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing readiness activities. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to improve operational performance. Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and support audits. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Aerospace Engineering. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Time & Motion Study, Line Balancing, Capacity Planning, and Continuous Improvement. Experience in Aerospace or Automotive manufacturing is preferred.
