Job Description

Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced CNC laser operator to run cutting operations at our Harohalli facility, working with MS/steel sheet and plate for fabrication and PEB structural components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor CNC laser cutting machine for daily production

  • Read and interpret cutting drawings/nesting layouts

  • Perform routine machine checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshoot minor faults

  • Ensure cutting accuracy, minimize material wastage, and maintain quality standards

  • Coordinate with supervisor on job priority and material planning

  • Maintain safe working practices around machine operation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience operating CNC laser or plasma cutting machines

  • Ability to read technical drawings and cutting programs

  • Familiarity with steel/MS plate handling

  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge of CNC systems

  • Reliable, safety-conscious, able to work independently on shift
