Responsible for the complete product lifecycle including design, development and testing of mechanical components / Assemblies etc. Ensure all designs meet safety, regulatory, and quality requirements. Lead role for contract engineering & application engineering functions for domestic & international markets. Responsible for meeting business plan & key operating deliverables Drive digital initiatives, productivity & quality improvements Guide & lead the passionate team of engineering professionals towards their professional & organizational growth Coordinate with internal customers (sales & field) to understand their specific needs by market build the strategy and plans for executions Collaborate with factory teams including engineering, logistics, manufacturing & supply chain teams for seamless execution of the strategies & delivering to the customer expectations Spearhead & establish the strategies for business growth, expansion of market coverage, product development, manufacturing operations & field support, contribute to annual business planning What you will need to be successful: BE/B.Tech In mechanical Minimum 12+ years of total work experience which includes experience in contract/application engineering & people management (Min 5 years). Experience in project management & product development shall be an added advantage. Exp in designing with CREO or similar tools. Exp in new product development. People Management.
