Packing Staff

Position           :            Packing Supervisor 

Key Responsibilities includes & not limited to:

• Lead and supervise a team of packaging operators, providing guidance, training, and support.

• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.

• Conduct regular inspections of packaging equipment and address any issues immediately.

·         Make entries and analysis of data in TNT app (track and trace).

·         Responsible to allocate work for manpower and monitor their performance.

·         Receive WIP goods from production supervisor and gives an acknowledgement.

·         Handover finished goods to dispatch section and take their signature accordingly.

·         Responsible for machine related breakdown and cleaning documentation.

·         Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule routine equipment maintenance and repairs.

·         Maintain accurate records of production, including packaging quantities, downtime, and quality control checks.

·         Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

·         Monitoring of operators and packers work efficiency.

·         Coordinates in case of any queries with dispatch section and from accounts section.

·         Give packing and FG updates to accounts department.

·         Updating the Quality documents and maintaining the quality requirements in the packing area.

·         Prepare indent of PM and receive stock from packing material store and sign the same.

·         Communicate and report to the factory manager for day to day activities related to dispatch and packaging.

·         Supervise the production, quality, and warehousing of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

·         Supervision of the daily operations of the packaging team is given to achieve team and company objective.

·         Supervise and direct work of Packaging Line Operators.

·         Prepare Packaging list as per sales orders to arrange the dispatches.

• Maintain a clean work environment, elevating housekeeping standards for all Operators throughout the Packaging areas.

• Measure line efficiency and current practices to develop and implement improvements.

• Train subordinates about printing and should be capable of taking work from the related departments

• Train the subordinates about the quality of packing to avoid rejection.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
