CNC Machine Operator

• Lead and manage the machining department, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to production schedules.

• Oversee CNC programming, including CNC lathe and CNC milling machine operations, ensuring precision and quality in all machined parts.

• Utilize CAD software for blueprint reading and design modifications as necessary.

• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in machining processes, utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

• Train and mentor team members on machining techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation, including programmable logic controllers (PLC) and flexo presses.

• Coordinate materials handling and fabrication processes to optimize workflow on the assembly line.

• Manage tooling requirements for various machining tasks, ensuring proper maintenance and availability of tools.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the manufacturing facility.
