BMS Technician

We are looking for a BMS Technician to join our team at Bms Electronics Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform BMS wiring and lithium battery wiring as per production requirements.

• Assemble and install BMS components in EV battery packs.

• Connect wires, connectors, and electrical components accurately.

• Conduct BMS testing and inspect battery connections.

• Identify and troubleshoot wiring and electrical issues.

• Perform soldering and electrical connections as required.

• Check battery packs for wiring defects and ensure product quality.

• Follow production guidelines and electrical safety procedures.

• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining accuracy.

• Coordinate with supervisors and the production team.

• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation.

Eligibility

Qualification: ITI, Diploma, 12th pass, or candidates with relevant technical knowledge.

Experience: 6 months - 1 year; freshers with relevant skills may also apply.

• Good understanding of electrical wiring and battery assembly.

• Ability to work in a production environment.

• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

• Candidates with knowledge of BMS wiring and lithium battery systems will have an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
