Import Export Executive

Requirement: Export & Import Logistics Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior team in day-to-day Export & Import logistics activities.

Coordinate and follow up with CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, courier companies and suppliers as required.

Maintain basic knowledge of Incoterms such as FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.

Understand the basic role of CHA (Customs House Agent) and the customs clearance process.

Basic understanding of ICEGATE, DGFT and Indian Customs procedures.

Basic knowledge of important export/import documents such as:

Shipping Bill

Bill of Entry

Commercial Invoice

Packing List

BL / AWB

Certificate of Origin

E-Way Bill

Assist seniors in shipment tracking, document checking and follow-ups.

Maintain basic Import/Export shipment records and Excel trackers.

Coordinate internally with Purchase, Accounts, Production and Warehouse teams for shipment-related requirements.

Follow up on pending documents and shipment updates and keep the Senior informed.

Assist the Senior in resolving routine logistics/documentation issues.

Candidate Profile

Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in Export/Import, Logistics or Supply Chain.

Should have a basic understanding of Export/Import terminology and processes.

Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel & email writing.

Willing to learn and work closely with the Senior team.
