Production Assistant – Export & Import (Furniture Manufacturing)

Location: Grupo Jk, Harmara- Jaipur
Department: Production / Merchandising
Reporting To: Senior Merchandiser / Production Head

Job Summary:
To assist in coordinating furniture production and export–import operations, ensuring timely execution of buyer orders from raw material to shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production and follow up with departments.

• Prepare and maintain production & shipment status reports.

• Support export documentation – Invoice, Packing List, and shipping coordination.

• Follow up with suppliers for raw materials and packaging.

• Assist in quality checks and buyer sample dispatch.

• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics.

• Maintain records for export compliance and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate with 1–3 years’ experience in furniture/handicraft exports.

• Knowledge of production process and export documentation.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
