Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team at ISC Projects Pvt. Ltd. to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹45000 along with professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Title: Legal Assistant (Non-litigation, Desk Job)

Location: Pune

Qualification & Experience: LLB with 2 to 4 years of experience specially in drafting legal documents, notices and contracts would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

·         Maintaining legal document records
·         Assisting legal manager
·         Coordinating with the external councils
·         Updating MIS
·         Drafting MoUs, legal notices and contracts as per requirement of management
·         External Court visits, if required
·         Title due diligence, land acquisition
