Legal Research & Drafting – Conduct detailed research on case laws, statutes, and legal precedents. Draft petitions, applications, agreements, contracts, notices, and replies.
Case Preparation – Assist senior advocates in preparing briefs, arguments, and documentation for court proceedings.
Court Assistance – Appear in court for filing, mentioning, and assisting during hearings under the guidance of seniors.
Client Interaction – Assist in client meetings, take case details, prepare notes, and update clients on case progress.
Documentation & Compliance – Prepare, verify, and file legal documents in courts, tribunals, and government offices.
Coordination & Follow-up – Coordinate with clients, court clerks, and government officials for case updates and compliance.
Administrative Support – Maintain case files, update legal records, and manage diary of court dates.
Learning & Development – Stay updated with latest legal amendments, judgments, and professional ethics.
Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures.
Good research and drafting skills.
Confidence in public speaking and court appearances.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team spirit and eagerness to learn from seniors.

3–7 years of proven experience
