Store Helper

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Factory Helper to support our day-to-day operations. The role involves assisting with material handling, maintaining cleanliness, supporting artisans and workers, and ensuring smooth workflow in the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in loading, unloading, and moving raw materials, fabrics, beads, and finished products.

• Provide materials to artisans and collect finished pieces from them.

• Help in packing, labeling, and organizing products for dispatch.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace, ensuring materials and tools are kept properly.

• Support workers in different stages of production whenever required.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Report shortages, damages, or issues with materials to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of factory/warehouse work.

• Physically fit and able to lift/move goods.

• Hardworking, punctual, and dependable.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Previous experience in factory/production work (preferred, but not mandatory).
