Labour Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Labour Contractor with a robust hiring network across various sectors. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding skilled and unskilled labor as per project requirements. This is a part-time, remote position with flexibility in work hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit skilled and unskilled labor for diverse industries.

• Build and maintain a strong network of labor resources across India.

• Screen and verify candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to fulfill project-specific labor needs.

• Ensure timely deployment of labor to project sites.

• Maintain accurate records of hired labor, including contracts and compliance documentation.

• Handle grievances and resolve conflicts between employers and workers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Labour Contractor with a strong network across industries.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in India.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office and other recruitment tools.

• Access to a reliable phone and internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction, manufacturing, or hospitality sector.

• Multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Compensation:

• Compensation will be project-based and negotiable, based on the volume and quality of hires.
