Job Description

We are looking for a Factory Labour to join our team yuvasakti foundation side to Hero motors limited. Your responsibility will be assisting , operating machinery and following all health and safety regulations at site. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential for this position. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13000 - ₹13500.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and care for equipment and machines.
Help equipment operators and other skilled labor when necessary.
Prepare sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
Attend on-the-job training when necessary and perform site clean-up.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and candidate must be a fresher. Candidates applying for the position must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks to be performed in all weather. Dependability and timely attendance are essential.
