Key Responsibilities:

Phlebotomy / Home Collection Duties:

• Visit patients’ homes for sample collection as per schedule.

• Collect blood and other specimens following proper safety and hygiene protocols.

• Label, handle, and transport samples accurately to the laboratory.

• Maintain patient comfort and ensure professional, courteous service.

• Record and report daily collections and coordinate with lab staff.

Skills & Requirements:

• Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc (MLT)

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in phlebotomy; HR experience preferred.

• Technical Skills: Blood collection, labeling, basic HR documentation, MS Office.

• Soft Skills: Good communication, empathy, punctuality, multitasking ability.

• License/Certification: Valid two-wheeler license
