Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of Problem Solving, Communication, Technical Support, Client Management and modern tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for UPI, payment gateway, and fintech products
Understand and troubleshoot UPI transaction flows (Collect, Intent, QR, Refunds, Reversals)
Assist merchants/partners in API integration, onboarding, and testing
Read, understand, and explain API documentation (REST APIs, request/response, error codes)
Analyze transaction failures, reconcile issues, and coordinate with NPCI / bank / switch teams
Monitor live systems and escalate critical incidents within SLA timelines
Support internal sales, operations, and onboarding teams with technical clarifications
Maintain proper documentation for issues, fixes, and FAQs
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams for issue resolution
Strong understanding of UPI ecosystem (NPCI, PSP, Issuer, Acquirer, Switch)
Knowledge of API concepts: REST, JSON, headers, auth tokens, callbacks/webhooks
Familiarity with fintech systems like payment gateways, wallets, reconciliation, settlements
Ability to analyze logs, error codes, and transaction reports
Basic understanding of databases, SQL queries, or dashboards is a plus
