Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

Provide top-tier technical support to clients over calls, emails, Zoom, and other channels, including problem diagnosis and resolution.

 Manage customer interactions, offer product/service information, and conduct demos of our panel and services.

 Assist in setting up API panels, integrate APIs, and handle related client queries efficiently.

 Perform data analytics to improve SOPs and KPIs in alignment with customer expectations.

 Deal with national/international clients remotely, ensuring promptness, attentiveness, and high-quality service. Required Skills & Competencies

 Clear communication skills (oral and written).

 Technical expertise and strong problem-solving abilities.

 Promptness in handling client queries with attentiveness. Education & Experience

 B.Tech degree.

 Ability to integrate APIs and handle technical queries.
