Key Responsibilities
Provide top-tier technical support to clients over calls, emails, Zoom, and other channels, including problem diagnosis and resolution.
Manage customer interactions, offer product/service information, and conduct demos of our panel and services.
Assist in setting up API panels, integrate APIs, and handle related client queries efficiently.
Perform data analytics to improve SOPs and KPIs in alignment with customer expectations.
Deal with national/international clients remotely, ensuring promptness, attentiveness, and high-quality service.
