Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM.
Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and other departments.
Build strong customer relationships and improve customer retention.
Track orders, feedback, and customer interactions.
Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in skincare/FMCG/cosmetics industry is preferred.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
