GLOBAL ESTCON PVT. LTD. is looking for a highly organised, responsible and result-oriented CRM Manager to manage the company's CRM operations, lead management system, customer database, sales reporting and property documentation processes.
In addition to CRM responsibilities, the CRM Manager will be responsible for coordinating and preparing documentation related to Property Transfer, Lease Deed, Possession and Mutation, and assisting clients and the company in completing required processes and payments through the GNIDA and YEIDA portals.
During comparatively free or non-peak working hours, the CRM Manager will also assist the company with HR coordination and telecalling activities for searching, sourcing and selling plots, as assigned by management.
The role requires a candidate who is capable of handling multiple responsibilities with accuracy, discipline and strong follow-up.This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of Excel / Advanced Excel,Power BI / Communication,Problem Solving,Web (Development),Testing / QA (Manual / Automation) and modern tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
