Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Support Executive to independently handle software-related issues, assist clients through troubleshooting, and ensure timely resolution of technical queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve software and system issues

• Guide clients via phone, email, or chat to fix problems

• Log, track, and follow up on support tickets

• Escalate complex cases to internal teams

• Document technical procedures and prepare reports

• Maintain positive client relationships

Requirements:

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Experience with helpdesk and remote support tools

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
