We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Technical Support Executive to independently manage and resolve software-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction through prompt and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot software and system issues via phone, email, or chat

• Escalate unresolved queries to internal teams

• Log, track, and resolve tickets within SLA

• Maintain documentation and prepare reports

• Ensure smooth client follow-up and support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in BCA, BSc-IT, BA, or related field

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with helpdesk tools and remote support

• Ability to multitask, stay patient, and work under pressure
