Position: Technical Head (Full-Time)
Oriel Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Technical Head to lead our technical operations and support team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with the SBI Kiosk Portal and be capable of resolving related technical issues and queries raised by Customer Service Points (CSPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all technical aspects of SBI Kiosk operations.
Handle and resolve portal-related issues, errors, and queries from CSPs efficiently.
Coordinate with SBI technical support teams for escalations and backend resolutions.
Monitor system performance and ensure seamless kiosk functioning.
Train and support team members and CSPs on portal-related processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience working with the SBI Kiosk Banking Portal.
Strong understanding of CSP operations and technical troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to lead a technical team and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in SBI Kiosk or CSP technical support.
