Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female System Operator to manage day-to-day system operations, data entry, and software monitoring tasks. The ideal candidate will have basic to advanced computer knowledge, problem-solving ability, and the capability to handle operational software with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor company systems/software as per daily requirements.

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated records.

• Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues to IT team when required.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from the system.

• Ensure smooth operation of routine tasks and follow standard operating procedures.

• Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times.

• Support other administrative or technical staff when required.

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred.

• Graduate / Diploma holder (any stream).

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of computers (MS Office, Email, Internet).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

• Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

Salary: As per company norms / Negotiable

Work Schedule: [Insert working hours, e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, 6 days a week]
