We are looking for a Fiber Field Technical Engineer / Helper to join our team and assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fiber optic networks. This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in the broadband and networking field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in fiber installation, splicing, and maintenance of broadband connections.

• Troubleshoot fiber cuts, signal loss, and connectivity issues on-site.

• Support the setup and configuration of routers, ONU/ONT, and switches.

• Perform on-field site surveys and assist in laying and managing fiber cables.

• Maintain proper documentation of fiber routes, customer connections, and repairs.

• Follow safety standards and company procedures during field operations.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or ITI/Diploma in any technical field.

• Experience: 0.5 – 3 years in fiber field work or networking preferred (freshers can also apply).

• Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, and fiber optics.

  • Ability to work on-field and handle tools for cable management.

  • Good problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.

• Must have: Two-wheeler (preferred) and basic communication skills.
