Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Executive to manage and support our hardware and software systems. The candidate should have a strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, operating systems, and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and servers.

• Troubleshooting hardware issues (printers, routers, scanners, etc.).

• Installing and updating software applications.

• Managing LAN/WAN networks and ensuring smooth connectivity.

• Regular system backups and data security.

• Coordinating with vendors for hardware/software procurement & AMC.

• Providing technical support to employees and resolving IT queries.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Windows & Linux operating systems.

• Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, and common business software.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of antivirus, firewall, and cybersecurity basics.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
