Key Responsibilities:

Provide functional and technical support for SAP Business One.

Configure, customize, and optimize SAP B1 modules based on business requirements.

Design and develop custom reports using Crystal Reports.

Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis.

Coordinate with business users for requirements gathering, UAT, and training.

Work with the technical team for add-ons and system enhancements.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with SAP Business One.

Strong expertise in Crystal Reports and MS SQL Queries.

Ability to translate business needs into SAP B1 solutions.

Knowledge of business processes across Finance, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
