Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware/software.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows and Linux operating systems.

Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.

Support networking, email, and user account management.

Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and system security.
