Housekeeping Manager

VecRas Creations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced House Keeping Manager for it's sister concern company, Satopradhan Pvt. Ltd, an FMCG company based in Amritsar, Punjab that provides sustainable and organic products nationally and internationally. Housekeeping and Facility Manager will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth maintenance of our factory premises.

This role requires a proactive person who can supervise housekeeping staff and also manage routine facility maintenance tasks like plumbing, electricals, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping and cleanliness in production, storage & office areas

• Manage and guide the housekeeping team effectively

• Look after day-to-day factory maintenance, including electricals, plumbing, fittings, lighting, and general repairs

• Handle complaints related to any facility breakdowns

• Monitor stock of cleaning and maintenance supplies

• Ensure timely maintenance checks and overall hygiene of the premises

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in facility or housekeeping management (hotel/factory/warehouse preferred)

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and repair work.

• Expertise required in housekeeping management.

• Strong leadership and task coordination skills.

• Honest, responsible, and self-driven
