Washing & Sanitizing: Scrape, rinse, load, and unload dishwashing machines; handwash glassware, pots, and pans.
Kitchen Maintenance: Clean and sanitize dishwashing areas, storage, floors, and equipment (coffee machines, etc.).
Waste Management: Empty, clean, and replace trash and recycling receptacles.
Organization: Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and cookware, rotating items as needed.
Support: Assist prep cooks with basic food prep, take out trash, and help with closing duties.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies, reporting issues immediately.
