Location: Delhi

1. Opening the clinic - Daily

2. Dry Mop - Daily

3. Wet Mop - Daily

4. Dusting - Daily

5. Dustbin cleaning: dry, wet & bio-waste – Daily

6. Washroom cleaning – Daily; And ensure that it is clean & dry throughout the day.

7. Doormats cleaning - Daily

8. Doormat (cloth type) washing – Weekly

9. Glass door & glass wall cleaning – Daily; There should be no marks / stains on glass walls & glass doors.

10. Ceiling cleaning – Weekly

11. Watering of flower pots – As & when required

12. Cleaning/maintenance of flower plants – On a regular basis. Cleaning

13. AC cleaning - External (Indoor unit) - Weekly

14. AC filter cleaning - As & when required

15. Fan cleaning – Fortnightly

16. Deep cleaning - Monthly (Note: Deep Cleaning means thorough cleaning @ one room at a time. Both the office boys can do this jointly.)

17. Make tea / coffee as per requirement – Daily

18. Washing of plates, bowls etc., - After lunch & as & when required

19. Attend to client related work - As & when required

20. Serve water / juice to clients - As & when required

21. Serve lunch/meal to clients – As & when required

22. Outside work (bank related work, employees’ related work etc.,) - As & when required

23. Sit at reception – As per requirement

24. Filing work - As per requirement

25. Any back-office work - As per requirement

26. Courier related work - As per requirement

27. Dispatch & pick-up related work - As per requirement

28. Closing the clinic – Daily

29. If you are physically absent for any reason, you must ensure that all tasks related to you should run smoothly. And you can do this with proper planning, communication, coordination & follow-ups.

• Should lead by example.

• Should be good in team coordination/team communication.

• Should never compromise on work standard.
