1. To wash all the dishes, pans and cooking equipment used during the food preparation in the Central Kitchen.
2. Dusting, Sweeping and Mopping Floors as required.
3. Refilling tissue, sanitizer, and soap dispensers.
4. Cleaning glass windows, and doors.
5. Garbage disposal – Kitchen/Toilet/Office.
6. Keeping all areas neat and tidy.
7. Cleaning all the dirty food baskets.
8. Thorough cleaning of all sanitary appliances, equipment, fittings, drains and preparation areas daily.
9. Cleaning and monitoring toilet condition every hour.
10. Reporting any required repairs and consumables that are required when noted during cleaning.
