Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily cleaning of production floor, cooking vessels, trays, work tables, and utensils before and after every shift.Maintain cleanliness during all production stages from boiling, mixing, moulding to packing.Clean spills immediately and keep the floor dry to avoid any accidents.Sanitize food contact surfaces and equipment using approved cleaning agents.Empty and clean dustbins at regular intervals; segregate wet and dry waste properly.Clean and maintain preparation areas, sugar syrup section, frying area, and packing counters.Support production staff by maintaining a hygienic setup throughout the process.Ensure all storage racks, ingredient containers, and trolleys are clean and labeled.Handle cleaning tools and chemicals safely as per safety guidelines.Report any machine leakage, pest sighting, or hygiene issue to the supervisor immediately.
