Hotel Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaning & Maintenance Staff member to ensure our villa remains spotless, well-maintained, and guest-ready at all times. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing a clean, welcoming environment and delivering excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cleaning & Housekeeping

• Perform daily cleaning of all villa areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, terraces, and outdoor areas.

• Ensure all furniture, floors, fixtures, and surfaces are spotless and well-organized.

• Change bed linens, towels, and restock toiletries and supplies as required.

• Deep clean the villa regularly, following cleaning schedules and standards.

• Handle laundry, ironing, and proper storage of linens.

2. Villa Maintenance

• Monitor the condition of the villa and report any damage, repairs, or maintenance needs immediately.

• Assist with simple maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, minor fixes) when required.

• Maintain cleanliness of external areas such as poolside, garden, and entrance.

3. Guest Interaction & Entry Control

• Welcome guests politely upon arrival and guide them into the villa when required.

• Verify and collect guest entry passes or booking confirmation before allowing access.

• Communicate courteously and professionally with guests, supporting them with basic requests or directing them to the supervisor if necessary.

• Respect guest privacy and ensure a calm, friendly service attitude at all times.

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
