Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily logistics operations, including warehouse coordination, dispatch, and

transportation scheduling.

• Plan, monitor, and execute inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely

delivery.

• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and vendors for smooth vehicle movement and

delivery tracking.

• Maintain and update daily records of dispatches, stock movement, and delivery status.

• Monitor delivery performance, track turnaround times (TAT), and ensure operational

efficiency.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as customer service, and accounts to resolve

issues.

• Ensure proper documentation of shipments, including invoices, delivery challans, and

PODs.

• Identify and report operational challenges or delays and propose effective solutions.

• Maintain compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports, including revenue and

performance summaries.

• Manage loading and unloading operations & optimize daily logistics operations

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Min 1 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations.

• Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehouse coordination, and

transportation management.

• Hands-on experience with logistics documentation and route planning.

• Proficient in MS Excel and logistics software

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently under pressure.
