About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Executive to oversee inventory operations and ensure optimal stock levels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing inventory in a warehouse or retail setup, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with procurement and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.

• Perform regular stock audits, reconciliations, and data entry in inventory management systems.

• Track incoming and outgoing materials and verify accuracy with purchase and sales records.

• Coordinate with the procurement team for stock replenishment and with logistics for dispatch schedules.

• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in coordination with accounts and warehouse teams.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.

• Maintain accurate documentation of stock movement, damage, and returns.

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and assist in improving inventory control systems.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred:

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing setup.

• Knowledge of barcode or inventory scanning systems
