We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing Tour & Travel company in Karanpur, Dehradun. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting travel packages, handling inquiries, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote domestic tour packages.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding travel packages, hotel bookings, holiday deals, and customized trips.
Explain travel itineraries, pricing, offers, and services clearly to customers.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain a database of leads, follow-ups, and bookings.
Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and documentation.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
