Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our Travel & Holiday Packages team. The role involves interacting directly with potential and existing clients over calls, understanding their travel requirements, and converting leads into confirmed sales by promoting our holiday and travel products.
Candidates with prior experience in the travel industry and strong sales skills will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote travel and holiday packages.
Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable destinations, services, and packages
Provide accurate information about pricing, inclusions, exclusions, and payment terms
Follow up with interested leads to close sales within defined timelines
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales.
Address customer queries professionally and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay updated with company offerings, destinations, seasonal deals, and promotions
Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, documentation, and post-sales support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in telesales or telecalling, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to build rapport quickly with clients over calls.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections confidently.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience selling holiday packages, tours, memberships, or travel-related products.
Understanding of domestic and international travel destinations.
Experience handling high call volumes and closing deals independently.
