Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-spoken Holiday Consultant to connect with potential clients, introduce our luxury travel membership services, and guide them toward exclusive holiday experiences. This role focuses on creating a strong first impression, building interest in our brand, and inviting clients for detailed presentations about our premium travel benefits.
Key Responsibilities
• Contact prospective clients through calls using provided data
• Introduce the company and explain our luxury holiday membership concept in a clear and engaging manner
• Invite clients to attend presentations or meetings for detailed membership discussions
• Understand clients’ travel preferences and position suitable membership benefits
• Maintain a professional, polite, and persuasive communication style
• Follow up with interested clients and confirm their visit schedules
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and appointments in the system
• Represent the brand with confidence, credibility, and a premium approach on every call
