Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and confident Tele sales Executive to generate leads and convert potential clients for our compressor servicing and electrical/mechanical solutions. The role involves reaching out to industries, factories, and businesses to introduce our services and schedule meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential industrial clients (factories, workshops, companies)
Introduce company services (compressor servicing, maintenance, electrical works)
Generate and qualify leads
Fix appointments for field/service team
Follow up with existing and new clients
Maintain call records and update customer database
Share service offers and basic details via WhatsApp/Email
Build long-term customer relationships
Requirements
Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, basic English)
Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
Confidence in talking to business clients
Ability to handle rejection and follow up regularly
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp communication
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience in B2B sales / telesales
Knowledge of industrial products or services
Experience in calling from data lists / lead generation
