Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers from the company's database.

• Follow up on inquiries received through the website, IndiaMART, exhibitions, email, and other marketing channels.

• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.

• Explain Sterifag products and services to prospective customers.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Excel/CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and service teams for customer requirements.

• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer feedback.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication.

• Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.

• Prepare daily and weekly call reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).

• Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or inside sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in B2B or B2C telecalling or industrial equipment sales.

• Knowledge of CRM software or lead management systems.
