Job Overview

Springfield Properties is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales/Telemarketing Associate/Advisor to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers, understanding their requirements, qualifying leads, providing initial project information, and generating quality site-visit opportunities for the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers and leads.

- Understand customer requirements including budget, preferred location, property type and purchase timeline.

- Explain project details, specifications, amenities, pricing and offers to prospective customers.

- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and purchase intent.

- Follow up consistently with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits for qualified prospects with the Sales team.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

- Good convincing and persuasion abilities.

- Strong follow-up and lead-management skills.

- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Qualification & Experience

- 12th pass or Diploma/Graduate in any discipline.

- 3 months –2 years of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales or Customer Relationship Management.

- Basic market/Real estate knowledge
