We are hiring Telesales Executive Outbound Calling

Location: Domlur, Bangalore Employment Type:Full-time

Experience: 2–5 years (Freshers with strong communication can also apply)

About the Job

We’re looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to drive outbound sales efforts, and convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities•

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from assigned leads

• Introduce and explain products/services clearly and confidently

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Handle objections effectively and convert leads into sales

• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

• Provide regular updates on lead status and performance

Adhere to company sales processes and compliance guidelines Education & Experience•

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline

• Freshers can apply

• Experience in telesales, telecalling, BPO, inside sales, or hospitality sales is an advantage

Key Performance Indicators•

• Number of Outbound calls completed

• Connected calls and Qualified leads

• Lead to sale conversion rate

• Revenue / sales achieved

• Follow-up efficiency

• Customer engagement and retention

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Incentives: Attractive incentives/commissions based on performance
