Job Title: Telesales Executive (Outbound Sales)

Job Description:

AIGrowthexa is a fast-growing Website Development & Digital Marketing agency. We are hiring Telesales Executives (Freshers & Experienced) for outbound calling on company-provided leads to sell website development and digital marketing services.

⚠️ This is a strictly TARGET-BASED sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company

• Pitch Website Development Services (Static, Dynamic, WordPress, E-commerce)

• Pitch Digital Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, etc.)

• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions

• Follow up with interested prospects and close deals

• Maintain call reports, follow-up records, and closing data

• Coordinate with internal teams after deal closure

• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets

Target & Salary Disbursement Policy (Mandatory):

• Minimum Monthly Target: 6 Closings

• Salary is fully performance-based

Salary Payout Structure:

• 0–1 Closings: No salary

• 2 Closings: 30% of salary

• 3 Closings: 50% of salary

• 4 Closings: 70% of salary

• 5 Closings: 90% of salary

• 6 Closings: 100% salary

Incentive Structure:

• After 6+ closings:
  👉 4% incentive on every additional closing amount

Eligibility Criteria:

For Freshers:

• Strong communication and confidence in calling

• Willingness to learn sales & digital services

• Target-oriented mindset

• Basic knowledge of websites or digital marketing is a plus (training will be provided)

For Experienced Candidates:

• 1–2+ years of experience in telesales / inside sales preferred

• Experience in website development or digital marketing sales is an advantage

• Proven ability to close deals

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Persuasion and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle objections

• Discipline, consistency, and goal-driven attitude

• Comfortable with daily outbound calling
