Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote stock market and investment products over calls. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and assisting customers in opening Demat and Trading Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain stock market investment opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Promote Demat Accounts, Trading Accounts, Mutual Funds, IPOs, and other financial products.
Convert leads into active clients and achieve sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Explain brokerage plans, account opening procedures, and company services.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth onboarding of clients.
Update customer information and call records in CRM/software.
Stay updated with market trends and company offerings.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of the Stock Market, Demat Accounts, and Trading.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Prior experience in Telesales, Financial Services, Stock Broking, Insurance, or Banking will be an added advantage.
