Key Responsibilities (Telesales – LOOH)
Call and connect with leads (students & working professionals looking for hostels)
Understand customer requirements (location, budget, facilities)
Explain LOOH app features and benefits clearly and confidently
Guide customers step-by-step to complete hostel booking through the app
Share app download links via WhatsApp/SMS and assist in installation
Convince and convert interested leads into confirmed bookings
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally
Provide accurate information about hostels (price, location, facilities, availability)
Follow up regularly with interested or pending leads
Maintain proper call records, lead status, and daily activity reports
Update CRM or Excel sheet with call outcomes and booking details
Coordinate with field team/executives for hostel visits if required
Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth booking experience
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team
Stay updated with new offers, discounts, and app updates
Build long-term relationships with customers for referrals and repeat bookings
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service (electronics or B2B preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong persuasion and closing ability
Basic understanding of electronic products or digital signage is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident
