We are looking for a Tele Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Logictech Solutions. The role involves updating accurate data in CRM, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹15,000 - ₹30,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, invoices, and other commercial documents

• Handle client communication for follow-ups, order confirmations, and service coordination

• Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, renewals, and customer data in internal systems

• Support business development activities through data analysis and reporting

• Track payment follow-ups and assist the accounts team with billing-related coordination

• Monitor service delivery timelines and ensure customer satisfaction

• Perform other internal business support tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have

• Good communication skills (written and verbal)

• Knowledge in MS Office (Excel & Word)

• Basic understanding of sales processes, billing, and customer handling

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
